That's easy doominator , first make game guard undetectable , if you want inject infiltration and other programs you need then to debugg the neuz to make program injecting acces to neuz :D

There are immediately two easy ways to go about bypassing Itak from Cheat Engine.
Method 1: (Very Easy)
The Itak Gameguard detects the "lua5.1-32.dll" & "lua5.1-64.dll" modules when Cheat Engine is open.
In order you bypass it, you're just required to change the names of the DLLs (they're located in Cheat Engine directory).
So go ahead and change the names to e.g: "gua5.1-32.dll" & "gua5.1-64.dll" then do the same with a Hex Editor in Cheat Engine. If everything's done, boom you've bypassed Cheat Engine detection.
Method 2: (Easy)
I've actually not tried this myself, but the Itak Gameguard is coded in a .NET language. Meaning that it can be decompiled. Even further, it hasn't been protected by any obfuscation, meaning that the code is completely readable and modifyable. So what you could do, is find the function "LoadCheatList".

When you've found it, you can easily modify the instructions to either change the name of the detection string or remove them completely. When you've successfully modified and replaced the old Itak with the new one, we have another problem. The patcher automatically replaces your patched Itak with a new original one. In order to bypass that, you're going to make a bat file that starts the "itak.exe" with sunkist parameter.
Boom, then you should be done.
As an answer to your other question, no, you will not be able to make infiltration work.
