open World.cs and search for : public static uint Exp . you will see it stands at 999 exp.

No thats not it at all.
You go to world.cs and search for ExperienceRate.
It should be something like ExperienceRate = 50 or something.
Change it to what you want.

Lol mine is on 5 BUT when a new char first starts on the server they can get to 110 in 30seconds still rofl? I try it and my char takes ages to lvl like it is meant to? I guess it is a bug for new chars when the server first starts?

I lowered mine to like 2 so it takes people a good while to hit 130.

Check the database setup... I know with some sources they have new players being given like 100x exp rate for first hour or so they play to help new players level.

Simply open up the character database (or wherever double/multiple exp is stored in your source) and go to design table and see what the default value for it is. Could be part of your problem.

That can't be it because since I lowered my rates to like 2, I have noobs complaining about slow leveling.

Ahh, nvm then. I just know that some sources/versions of exp pots had that type of a system so I was thinking if it was only happening on new chars that maybe it was something in the new char database.

Click in the Soultion Explorer you should see something called "Game" double click game and 4 more things will appear just simply click the "World" and then hit CTRL + F and it will say near the bottom of the new windows that appeard when you had hit the CTRL +F you will see "LookIn" change that and make sure it is set to "Current Document" and then near the top of the new windows that came up there is something that says "Find What" and you just type in "public static uint ExperienceRate" and then something will appear highlighted and keep readying the line that is highlighted and then you will see "public static uint ExperienceRate = " and after the = there are some numbers change that to what you want EX: "public static uint ExperienceRate = 109000;" that would be 130 in like 40min so change it to something like 18 and that is DOUBLE normal conquer rate ( and normal conquer rate is slow! )

OK I did type that in under 3 min so don't complain if there are spelling mistake error

P.S: I hope that guide was detailed enough.
