Regarding the Resource Tool [ENG]

So, I've read around a lot, and found stuff regarding the resource tool. It was only uploaded for a short time. So, do I understand it correctly that the Resource Tool was only for people downloading it quickly enough and the users who got it aren't allowed to share it? Just wondering. If it's allowed to be shared it'd be great if somebody could send it to me. If it's not allowed to be shared, okay, I can understand that, you guys obviously don't want some random GM to get the tool and block it (even though that's almost bound to happen).

So, in short, is it allowed to be shared?
If yes, it'd be great if somebody could send it to me.
If no, okay, understandable.

Sorry about writing this in English, but my German is pretty insanely crappy. There's always Google Translator if you're having problems reading this. Thanks.

Edit: I'm not planning to use the tool in public rooms, I just want to see what they've hidden and find my own stuff. Hacking in public rooms is just too damn annoying for the other players, including me when I want to play a fair match.

Imagine. Many people with this tool. S4 will be a shit. And besides, there are people who do not have a clue of how to use.

PS: The code is there. Make ur own Resource Tool.

I know some basic programming, if I can access those XML files it shouldn't be hard at all, this type of hacking is pretty basic. It's mostly XML file editing.

Also,

Ah, I see. Seems it's written in C#, unfortunately not one of the programming languages I use. I'll take a look at it though.

Somebody already gave it to me. Almost compiled it myself though, just couldn't get the Fesersoft.Hashing resource to work correctly. Oh well, thanks for the help guys.
