How to open the console

I am a GM on my friends server... but i cant open the console...
shift + ^ doesnt work (yes its changed to english)

anyone have a solution for this?:)

Maybe it's not even a GM char from which you are trying to open the console :D
Make sure You gave him persmission for the console...

Make sure that you added your friend as a GM in the database , chance his primary and secondary values to 1 and 1 instead of 3 and 3
