I cant open Legend.exe file, nothing happens. I am on W10 could that cause problem?

All works on W10 aswell, I had some kind of problems :)
Program still needs tutorials since it is complicated to understand.
Piracy attack feature is outdated and not so useful.

Anyway, great work. Keep it up
