Hello. My account looks like SoftBanned but I couldn't unban with PokeStops and I couldn't catch any pokemon. What can I do?

Select a Pok�mon to catch it an throw away 50 pokeballs. Its necessery not to hit the Pok�mon. After that you habe to flee and catching will work again.
