Boots p3

Today i have a simple question that the GM him self when tried to ask didn't know shit of course

How to get Boots p3 dragon soul [ Roc boots to be exact - the one that gives 10% break ]

you see i have done every quest killed every boss monster and searched for it for ages but couldn't get one
tryed to see if co wepsite have any info --> Non
asked the GM and thy even don't know ( no surprise )

so if any one know how to get it plz tell
and thx

I remember last time i got one, was the house spook ( not sure of the name ) or the original spook ( which is now a different quest )

Guild beast drops these VERY often.

That is also very true, pretty solid chance that you can get them 100 percent from there.
