L2 walker for Dragon Server

Does someone know a way to bot on The Dragon Chronicle Server- Dragon.
The ip should be 209.40.96.62
LoginPort 7777
(not sure for all that :(( )
They said , the Protocol Version must be bigger then 518
I whould appreciate any help.
