how are sro stats calculated?

I never bothered to ask before, but how are sro stats calculated? what does it mean when something is let say 111~222(+50%) physical attack compared to 111~222 (+100%)? what does the (+XXX%) even mean? and how about critical like 4 or 10, what does those mean? I mean i know higher is better but how exactly does these numbers make mathematical sense?

the % after a skill is a multiplier, so if a phisical skill has it then it calculates its damage, multiplies with the % and after that adds the magic part of the damage (imbue) to it
and if i'm right then the number with crit or blockrate is the % chance for it, so with 10 crit you have 10% chance, maybe i'm wron about this thou cuz with 10+ crit almoust every second hit does crit, but i've seen some odd random gemerators coded who would end up so even if the number is the % (in short, in some generators every second number ends up below 10% )

then what about NPC gear with 0%, wouldn't that mean they always get 0?

at the crit and block rate i didnt speak about the (+x%), that means the rate of that stat compared to minimum and maximum... i spoke about the numbers, note that crit cant be less then 1 and block rate cant be less then 10 either

i was talking about the regular items, with let say, physical attack 111~222(+0%) if that's the number times the percent wouldn't that mean it does 155X0 = 0 damage? or let say it's in the case of 1%, then wouldn't the damage be ridiculously low 155X0.01= 1.55?

gosh read again... at 0% it is the lowest posible for the apropiate degree and type, for 100% it is the maximum for it, so you cant pimp it more it isnt calculated in the damage equation it is just there for informative purposes, thats why it is in brackets

in my first post i meant the +% after a skill not the (+x%) in a weapons stats...
