It can be bad and good.
Personally my biased opinion, is that it is never a good idea to give out free levels for money. Secondly Donation system is needed ofcourse so you can pay for ur dedicated. Unless ur really rich or have a great sponsor. However unless u make ur server close to EG or Elites popularity u wont get a lot of donations. almost 70% of player base will be from europe and 70% of them will be less than 17 years old w/o paypal so they wont even donate. So u need a pretty big playerbase.
