C9 Error - details in post

So I know this is a pretty common problem that people get, however I haven't yet found a solution that fixes this. I have been trying to fix this for a few days now. The problem is when my friend tries to join the server it gives him attempting to connect and then the c9 error, but I can join fine.. Fixes I have seen for this is by spoofing your ip which I have done which didnt fix it, making sure all of the ports (15779, 15881, 15884) are opened, and yes I opened all of the other ports in the server.cfg. Canyouseeme even says they are all opened so I have come here for help as I can't find a solution.

Open 15779,15884,15881 in firewall

I've turned off firewall on my computer and through my router settings and still doesn't work.

I don't understand why you refuse my help but ok then. Guess you don't want your server to run after all.

I don't do skype/team viewer all I need is a fix to this problem and i'm good. If you have a suggestion then post it here.

You can't fix vsro without looking. Most errors are known but few nobody has ever seen before.
