Hi, I have met several people with private hack, they do not share them. EU server tracked , GM often ban. I switched to NA (USA) server. 4th day of play - no ban. On Europe 4 blocked characters.
My advice to you try it, the prices are the same. Just please do not go to 2 server

You can just bypass Gameguard and use CheatEngine's default speed hack. Dont try to change values, thats certainly banable as previously been discussed by those who worked with hacks for BnS.
