Resource tool problem

Hello,i have a problem with resource tool.At start the resource tool this give me this error:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
And i can't use this...I have framework 2.0 and 3.0.Any one can help me -.-''' :(

maybe yo have to load net frame work 3.5.0.0

If i go to import o exprort an item this speak me this error:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Another time any one can help me?

1. install netframwork3 or 3.5
2.post the resoruce in s4 folder
3. exit and re open the resoruce again

No work for me :/.

You probably have the wrong bit-version of the dll or exe (dont know where exactly IS the problem)
What OS do you use?

And pls don't open a new thread everytime, use the old.

Hwy how did you get the resource toll an dcould you let me know plz ^_^

1) export the file on desktop or another place on your pc
2) edit the file
3) import the edit file

when you only import the File then comes the error this is the problem
