I´m looking for a coder which is able to program an OCR / pixel based macro/bot.

So what exactly you searching for?
I am at the moment developing some kind of OCR. However my project is no real OCR for Text but optimized for captchas. So if you are searching an offline free to use and Open-Source Captcha-Cracker, my project may be one way to go (still in progress).

However you can also try tesseract or pwntcha.

If you are searching for a whole bot, then I am sorry coz I am not developing a pixel bot or pixel framework/imagesearch.
