Algorithm or Code for RPS and DICE

I would like to ask if there is an algorithm or code for Rock-Paper-Scissors and Dice for flyff? So that I will always win no matter what.

according to this list

the chance to get rock is the highest and the chance is supposed to increase over the rounds apparently
