I think you can use some VPN to configure that you are in different place.

why don't you visit third party stores like Amaz0n App Store or [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
I often download from these sites because there's no malware there.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] have a poor appearance but it offer a fabulous number of apps and games whereas Amazon doesn't offer some restricted apps or games at all.
