Unfortunately all conventers that u can find now are bugged, and each time u change it back to bin file it multiplies the values, so what's left is to change them with others programs

Yeah, only the tools people are willing to share have that int/float scoping bug.

please help i want to know how to fix bugs like the one error that says your character is in a prison but not. and as a result you can't use skills, trade & etc. hope you find sometime to help ty in advance.

This Error appears if you change the Server Time while the Server was running.
Prison everyone with 1 second Parole and its Fixed.
