I'd like to start off by saying that this isn't a bot request forum.
That aside, the answer to your request would be that there are currently no publicly available bots for the retail version of conquer. If you want to climb levels and get dragonballs, how about you just enjoy the game like a normal person?
Alternatively, you can purchase a few VIP level 6s in the black market and leave hunters going if you're that against playing the game.
