Does anyone else successfully managed to create lvl 16 pet gems straight from lvl 2-3 tiny gems from last event?

I have made about 6 lvl 16 pet harp. Looks like they are the only one that can be done. Unless anyone knows more.
I wont put in global what I think made it work, but trusted members will get PM upon request.
I don't intend keeping this thread too long. I just wanna know if anyne could craft different gems.
