What does it do ? Longer matchs ?

With this kind of 'add-on' you can create matches with a time about 1 hour and not just 30, 20, 15 or 10 minutes.

i think it's nice but i don't have time for trying it. :D

One question. Where or how can i get resource tool?

With 30 min a match you can get 1230 Exp and with 1hours you get 2200+ exp ?
