Failed to connect with game server (Timeout)

Whenever i try to connect to a server game says "Failed to connect with game server (Timeout)". Help please

Have u tried a clean resource.s4hd? here put it in s4l folder:

maybe the servers are down or if u are using an vpn try deactivating it
