Converting HWT To Job Status

i've made the GameWorld_Config in DB+Media
with
ENTER_LIMIT_CONDITION_JOB_CLOTHES_TAKE_ON ON
in the column of HWT temple
but i tried to enter without job
it goes like normal
like i did nothing :3
