Just for being annoying to those noobs who will flame the hell outta you in PM, just a tool to repeat what the target is saying when he's just flaming. Has this been suggest before / or considered something fun to have so it's made and published ?

Exactly what do you mean? Like, a program where you enter a target's name and whenever that person whispers something to you, the program will automaticall whisper the same thing back to the person?
If that's the case, I think I could make something like that, it sounds like fun.
