maybe its because your internet connection is slow?

Your problem is probably that you're playing a server that isn't in your region. Distance from the host plays a pretty big role in your latency.
Some tips for lowering your ping:
If you're in Egypt, play Arabic conquer,
If you're in NA, play a server hosted in NA,
If you're in Europe, play an EU server,
If you're in China, play the Chinese version... get my drift here?
2. Get faster internet
3. Find a program that gives your packets a more efficient path to the host.
4. Google is your friend.
