network error:64 and glow change not work

have 2 problem , hope everyone can help me !

I add Jopsi's glow ( ___JOPS_GLOW) and extend databank glow system ( desigt CHARACTER_TLB , modify CHARACTER_STR .
I Complie source 8 sucessded , 0 erro , 0 warning and start Program server no erro log , but Glow change not work

Besides, I also encountered an error in Client

That's no error, just the network log.
Have you added all of the resource files? I.e. SFX-Files and mdlDyna?

the real errorfiles are named like this: error_YYYYMMDD.txt

No errofile server and Client , have only 1 network log
