Pay for silk for a Premium Ticket.

Make an account.

Log in make a character add your int str and skills.

No level up or alchemy.

All equiptment, weapons, accessories the same and on chars when they login.

Join a guild and job, FTW, pvp, etc, enjoy the game. No need to bot or farm.

Is there such a server out there?

But well as told above, you're just looking for a PVP server.
