Guild Siege Rewards

Hello, I have some questions regarding guild siege rewards.

In this line in eveschool.cpp, as you can see I altered the value of fChipNum and my question is what does this calculation do? What would be the result?

Code:
//float fChipNum = m_nJoinPanya * vecGCRanking.size() * 0.9f * 0.00001f * 0.1f;	
float fChipNum = 90 * vecGCRanking.size();
Is it possible to just put?

float fChipNum = 80;
Another question, when does case 1 and 2 occur?

Why don't you just search for "GCSENDITEM"?

Btw, the system is disabled by default.
