Resource Tool error

hi..
i got the resource tool but when i click on "decrypt" it shows me an error.

Edit: no problem anymore

can someone help me pls? i tryed to reinstall the game etc. but
the same problem shows still up

you must export the file to the s4 folder, you can't export to any other folder.

try netframe work 3.5
