Is it worth to bot on X-1 + Bot time

I have a question, is it worth to bot on X-1 for Extra Energie & Ammo?
And how much should I bot boxes max/day?

And no don't go for x-1 - try to bot on 4-x or x-5

Bot around 8 hours per day
