Guild emblem Please help

Im trying to but mark for my guild buy it stills saying * the file does not follow the format . please check the size and format *
i`ve changed the format already for bmp and the size to 16 X 16 and i already put it into the file of the game
so ,,, whats wrong ?!!! :confused::confused:

Try saving it as bitmap 256. That might be the issue. There are different bitmap conversions/formats, only the highest uncompressed value works for silkroad's emblem stuff.
Also make sure the name does match what the ingame guide says (AFAIK, it has be named guild.bmp and union.bmp).
