Minor NFSW Offline Launcher popup error

Alright, so here's the deal:

When I launch the Offline Server, everything okay until I start the game. Right after that, some error message popups but it does pretty much nothing, except that I can't use powerups anymore. If I close that error message popup, Offline Server closes.

The game is functional though. Only powerups are affected.
This is the error I get by the way:

Delete settings.ini and search nfsw.exe

You just had to search a bit and you would find the solution, its been answered numerous times already. Either you or your antivirus has deleted rand.exe, and rand.exe is needed for server to work. So disable antivirus or exclude server folder or rand.exe from being flagged as malicious.

I don't have any antivirus installed. Other than Windows Defender. And well, rand.exe seemed to be deleted every time I closed the error message.

Windows Defender is an antivirus.

Create empty folder, exclude it as described above (if you are not using win10, find on internet how to), then extract all the contents inside the excluded folder, and rand.exe wont be deleted anymore.

Guess it's fixed now. Thanks for the help!
