Port 80 is the default, but some programs will use the port 80 for communication, I believe skype is one of them. Also if you're running a firewall make sure you add an exception for the port there too.

how about navicat? what port should i forward so other can access my DB?

Navicat just helps you edit your mysql database(s). If you want others to connect then the default port for mysql is 3306.
