but the GameGroups01 and the game are stopped...

Are you using Windows 10? If yes, then that's the issue, Windows 10 doesn't allow the ps_game.exe to run, my personal fix for this is by using a virtual machine with a different OS to run the server.

Also I noticed a space in your directory:
"C:\Users\DuZzi\Desktop\SHAIYA_SERVER\PSM_Clie nt\bi n\"
Which can be fixed in the PSM_Service.ini file located in:
PSM_Client\Config\

do you think it works with windows 7 oder 8.1 ? :/

There should be no issues (if setup correctly) with Windows 7, as for Windows 8 or 8.1 I have not tested on those OS.
