problem in my account

when i try to open my account in net cafe i got msg my account prem locked !
after i send a ticket support answer me alot of time with the same answer
" This account is not currently blocked from accessing any of our services. If you are referring to another account, please submit a ticket from the account that is experiencing this problem."
and the account is already banned am sure !!!!

Maybe because I flagged it you fuckin scammer?

i fix this problem after 10 min of thread ^^
