[HELP] Help needed by VIP player any level

Hello Buddies,
I had little problem with CO and need help reporting hacking case to CO GMs, but i dont have vip to do that.
I wish that someone with any lvl of VIP that can help me report that case.

You don't have to be a vip to submit an ticket 'hack case'.
