Before sending money on PayPal, you have to open elitepvpers black market trading request. We can talk on skype, but key notes will be sent to elitepvpers also. You need to send me private message that will include your ingame name (name.1234), and how many ectos would you like to buy from me. After that you will get reply with PayPal account where you need to send money. That way, elitepvpers have details about our trade.
I can provide screen sharing via skype, to show you that I acctually have ECTOs for sale.
I only accept PayPal
Keep in mind that I will always record when sending anything via ingame mail. That way I have proof that my end of the deal was done.
