Today the power-ups buttons (A, B, X, Y) for my xbox controller didnt work anymore. Any helps to fix this would be appreciated.

Have you restarted your game? If you have, try restarting your computer. If all else fails, remove the current offline server files and download them again.

I'm stumped because I did all of that plus uninstalling all programs that I had installed the day before the game stop working correctly.

change usb port?
Have you tried the controller on another game, may be its buggered?

the [A, B, X, Y] buttons worked fine in all other NFS games(rivals, most wanted, the run,) with the exception of NFSW. Also I tested with the keyboard and it didnt trigger the power-up event either.

My xbox controller is working fine in all other games like just cause 2, 3, gta v, and all other racing games . So there is an unlikely chance that a new xbox controller will work in nfsw.

I remember when World was running I once had a similar problem, it was because I had 2 joy-pads installed on my PC, the NFSW wasn't "seeing" the xbox one unless I either disabled the other one or unplugged it.
Now I'm not saying you have more than one pad, but you may have something that is taking priority over the xbox controller. Try unplugging other devices before launch.

I used to have logitech controller, but I got rid of it and replaced it with xbox controller. To make sure I did remove the logitech driver, I went and checked and the logitech driver was removed a long time ago.
