I also happened to have a cooldown, at first I thought the bot was not working properly or weird stuff until I realised about the bb cooldown.
It does exist but I cant say it activates after 120 minutes as mention above.
I happened to bot a lot the past week more than 12hours per day until I realised I wasnt collecting much uridium anymore.
So what I did in order for this cooldown to vanish was logged out of the game for 48 hours, and it worked. Now I am collecting back to full speed uridium with no problem at all!
