Using ITC + Trainer

Is this possible because what its looking like is that i will not be able to use them at the same time without termination (Client closing).Has anyone tried this and succeeded?

if you are using the old client use a cheat table(for example shinzuyas) that should work with the itc

As interesting as that sounds, 1.I don't know how to obtain an old client
and 2.I don't think it would be possible to use trainers if i do this.
