What do you need to make a Server?

Hey,

ich habe keine Ahnung von Flyff P-servern und auch keine Ahnung wie man so einen führt. Ich wollte einfach mal wissen was für Sachen man können muss, also welche Programmiersprachen wären ein muss und welche von Vorteil? Was bräuchte man sonst noch um einen Server zu erstellen? Würde mich super über eine Antwort freuen.

I have no clue how to lead a Flyff P-server. My question is if someone could tell me what kind of programming languages you have to know and which would be a advantage to know for leading and building a server. Furthermore I´d like to know what else is importent for making a server.

Lerne C++, wenn dich das Programmieren Interessiert.
Schau dir Tutorials an, es gibt viele davon wie man einen Pserver erstellt.
Es kommt auch noch drauf an ob du einen Hamachi oder Root Server machen willst.

Das wichtige bei einem Server ist, dass man soviel wie möglich an Bugs Fixed, denn es gibt so ziemlich viele Böse Lücken !

Well if you have the Brains. You really need C++.

For me it should be:
1st: Learn C++
2nd: Learn how the Source File works.
3rd: Learn How Fly For Fun Works in this time of age. Most Servers are just the same.
4th: Fix all known bugs and unknown bugs.
5th: Edit all Damage Calculation to make it more Balanced, not only made for BP Server.
6th: Make a unique features for your Server. (Be sure you can face all the error Logs, since you know C++)
7th: Enryption for your Source Files.
8th: Finish.

If you only want to make your own server without the Knowledge of C++,
my Tip for you is to Download Source here and experiment it by yourself. For Short COPY AND PASTE procedure.
