FSbot Not Working :(

I have got a big problem.İt looks a Net framework error. I see this error , and triying reinstall fsbot but i cant solve this.Later , im format my computer and install all net framework package, but problem still keep going.What can i do ?
Error is yesterday ( 28.06.2016 ) show up.
