SOme help with the smc hacker? plzz

how i can fix it.. some guy attack the server with smc.. how i can protect the smc? cuz all make the gm account , and i need some help plz.

Control Panel -> Firewall->Advanced settings->Inbound rules->Right click "Add Rule" -> Select Port->TCP->Specific Local ports -> "Type the SMC port" -> Block the Connection

and i can't open smc ...

edit the rule and go to Scope tab add your own in the second list :3
