Agent server traffic filter

Hi, so I was working around with the agent server traffic filter-

Code:

   traffic_filter_activity  "service_on"

  MaxConnectionsPer1_OServer   "1000000"

But when I try to skill up ingame, it gives me a dc with an error on agent server saying (huge traffic coming from user). Does anyone know what numbers should I put for the config so it would function properly?

and why you open traffic and you have more than 4x guards over here !!!!
which is better and also protection all of your server files not only agent

You know what bothers me the most? That every time I ask for something, some packet filter owner comes up saying that his protection is the ideal solution but he needs 50 bucks. Stop the god damn advertising, if I wanted a paid packet filter, I would have not opened this thread in the first place. Now back on topic, I'll appreciate anyone who would help me configure the connection numbers.
