Help character doesn't move in game PS

So, I've created a small PS of silkroad -pretty obvious- and configured files as much as guides I could find online, files opened, everything seems ok, opened client, obstacles are absent, game starts, character logs into the server, and bam, it doesn't move, nothing is possible after that in the game, stats are either invisible or 0/0, so since I'm a beginner such thing seems like a puzzle for me, and I hope to fetch solution for such problem, I tried looking the the forum by searching and didn't find this one solved before.

This error may be for 2 reasons. 1: Wrong settings of billing server. Check IIS configuration and server.cfg 2: wrong language in client. In media.pk2 u can see file type.txt if you have here locate=English and language=English and u dont have modified client, u will have this error. Try to change it to Vietnam and u will see if its work. If yes then u need to use english patcher, u can find it in forum here just try to search.

Check your client language, and billingserver.
