The Testing Grounds have been established where Zyain Gladiators will gather and fight with diverse monsters. Its purpose is to enhance the Gladiators’ power to guarantee safe trade in Zyain. Achieving the goal to conquer the battlefield and battle with the monsters is difficult, thus to protect from the danger of death, Gladiators will borrow the body of monsters as they enter the Battlefield of Infinity.

Procedure
Register via Battle Arena NPC -> Select Dungeon and Enter -> Player will be transferred to the dungeon ->Monsters will appear-> Character will be transformed and will engage in the battle -> Battle will end ->Compensation will be provided ->Player will be teleported back to town

Participation
- Players can register via Battle Arena NPC located in towns.
- Players can register in the following level tiers: 71 ~ 80, 81 ~ 90, 91 ~ 100, 101 ~ 110
- Players can enter the dungeon twice on solo mode or party mode.
- Players may register again at a certain time after exiting the dungeons.
- Players cannot enter Solo Dungeon if he belongs to a party.
Party master will first enter the dungeon and then the rest of party members will follow.
- Party dungeon is recommended for parties with 4 members. (If party has less than 4 members, party might have disadvantage in completing the missions and in acquiring EXP.).
- Party matching is not allowed while inside the dungeon. Party can add additional party members before the start of the battle.

Gameplay
- Players can enter Battlefield of Infinity through the Battle Arena NPC.
- Players can transform into monsters at the start of the battle.
- Only party master can start battle in party dungeon.
- Battle can be started if party has 2 or more members inside the party dungeon.
- Solo dungeon monster's level will be based on the lowest level of the character (-3 to +5).
- Party dungeon monster's level will be based on the average level of the characters (-3 to + 5).
- Monsters will be aggressive in every stage. Monsters will rush to the stone of protection once they are summoned.
- Dungeon consists of 20 stages and strongest monster will be summoned on 20th stage.
- Fellows and growth pet can also acquire EXP after stage completion.
- Interface window (Inventory, skill window etc.) can be checked but use of skills and transfers of items aren’t allowed after the transformation as a monster.
- Automatic potion use option will be deactivated after transformation as a monster. (Item use prohibition message will be displayed).
- Use of all items will not be allowed after transformation as a monster, except for status recovery potion. Manual use of HP and MP potion is not allowed except for ‘Potion of the Battlefield'.
- If fellows’ boarding item is used during transformation to a monster, transformation will be cancelled.
- Player cannot be transform to a monster if he/she is in Berserker Mode.
- Buff skills of each character can be used before transformation as monster but buff skills which have damaging effect is not allowed after transformation as monster. HP and MP increase buff is allowed.
- The character's equipment does not affect the damage of the skill when transformed as a monster.
- Use of return scroll is not allowed after entering the dungeon. Teleport via NPC is also not available. Party leaders cannot kick out party member. Players will not be able to teleport to town unless disconnected.
- Player will not be able to reenter the dungeon if he/she got disconnected in the middle of the mission.
- After entering the dungeon, party disbandment is not allowed. Party cannot kick out members and cannot change party master.
- EXP can’t be acquired by the player who will be disconnected prior to completion of the dungeon mission.
- Dungeon mission will not be completed if only one party member remained in the party dungeon.
- When the dungeon is cleared, following rewards will be given to the player or party, EXP, Skill EXP x2, Gold and 1 Battle arena coin.
- At the end of Dungeon, the players will be teleported to town.
- When players failed to complete the dungeon mission, dungeon monsters will disappear and the players will be teleported back to the town. Players may register again in the Battle Field of Infinity after 10 seconds.
- When dungeon mission is completed, player/s will obtain the rewards. After which, players will be teleported back to the town. Players may register again in the Battlefield of Infinity after 3 minutes.

[Improvement of item drop system]
- The item drop system's update has been applied, where in gold and item drops will now depend on the difference between level of character and monster. Systematic measures were applied to prevent items and gold accumulation of illegal program users.
[Reinforcement of Prison System]
- Players who will be caught using illegal programs or will do activities that are against our operation policy will be sent to prison. Abusive players will be confined in the prison for a longer period of time.

What are Fellows?
Fellows are pets with special powers and abilities that surpass normal pets. With advanced training, fellows can be powerful companions that can assist Silkroad adventurers in grinding, travelling and even in combat.

How to get fellows?
Fellow can be acquired in 2 ways:
1. By using summon scrolls- Players can purchase Fellow summon scrolls available at the item mall.
2. By evolving growth pets- Existing growth pets can evolve via Stable NPC. To evolve the pet, player should have Potion of Evolution item.

Types of Fellows:
1. Aggressive Fellow- Fellow that specialize in attacking. HP of aggressive fellow is lower compared to other Fellows, but its attack power is higher.

Rubino Phoenix (Magic Type)


2. Defensive Fellow- Fellow that protects its summoner. Attack power is lower but has higher HP than other fellows.

Ancient Tribal Bear (Physical Type)

3. Buff Fellow-Fellow that enhances the summoner's abilities. Its power is average as compared to other fellows.

Half Moon Jaguar (Physical Type)

Yellow Sparkle Ostrich (Magic Type)

Notice:
* Pets can be renamed using Naming scroll.
* Fellows can gain exp through hunting. They can level up and acquire skills. Fellows' skills are divided into three categories: unique, readied and item skills.
* Each fellow can possess skills according to their type. Fellows can also equip items.
* Player should manage satiety of fellows. If satiety of the fellow is 70% or higher, the Fellow is as powerful as a Fellow that is 10 levels higher in its normal state. When Satiety is 30% or lower, the Fellow is as powerful as a Fellow that is 10 levels lower in its normal state. When the Satiety reaches 0, no EXP is gained. Satiety can be recharged with Feed Sacks.
* During the evolution process, only the level of pet will be retained but the EXP will be reset.

Level Design Improvement has been applied to prevent gold bots and support low level players who have difficulty gathering gold. Please refer below for the following details regarding the Improved Level Design.

* Gold will not drop from monsters which are level 70 and below. Instead 3 kinds of Tokens will drop from them. These Tokens can be used to exchange equipment items with corresponding degree through the Valuables Dealer NPC.
* You can check Valuables Dealer NPC on the map (click M Key).

3 of Monk’s Token can be traded with a Soldier’s Token. And 3 of Soldier’s Token can be also traded with a General’s Token.
* A new type of elixir called ‘Unfinished elixir’ is dropped for 1~8 Degree items. Normal elixirs are dropped for 9~11 degree items.
* Alchemy Tablets are not dropped but materials and elements that are needed for their production can be acquired
* Goods Supplier NPC has been applied.
- Equipment is provided to players who are 70 levels and below by Goods Supplier NPC.
* Medicine Supplier has been applied.
- Some expendables are provided by Medicine Supplier. (HP/MP Potion, Universal Pill, Purification Pill, Arrow, Bolt)
* Valuables Dealer NPC has been applied.
- You can locate the new NPC on the place marked as sprout icon on map. (It is placed in the area near Dimensional Gate in each Town)

Players can now exchange their equipment to another type of equipment with same degree. Please take note that When using the equipment exchange system, gold is consumed.

2. How to use the new equipment exchange system
a) Talk to NPC Magic Pop Guide Gori and select ‘Exchange equipment' option.
b) Register the equipment you want to exchange.
c) Select the equipment you desire to exchanged it to and Click ‘exchange’.

3. Warning regarding the new equipment exchange system
a) the equipment that you will register for exchange will be deleted after the transaction is done. you will not be able to retrieve equipments that were already exchanged.
b) The degree of the newly exchanged equipment will remain the same as the degree of the equipment registered for exchange.
c) The magic options on the registered equipment for exchange will be initialized and will be randomly changed and applied to the new equipment after the exchange is complete.

Party Location Designation:
This is a function which enables a player to teleport to the location of a party member whom the player wants to teleport to. It consumes 1 Reverse Return Scroll.

How to Teleport?
1. During party play, “Move to party members” button is activated when using the Reverse Return Scroll.
2. When clicking the option, “Move to Party Members”, the list and location info of party members are displayed on the screen.
It displays information of at least 1 to a maximum of 7 members.
The party leader is marked with ★ symbol.
3. Select the party member whom you want to teleport to, then click the “Move” button.
If the location of the party member is an Instance Dungeon, the player will be teleported only if the condition for dungeon entrance is satisfied.
In case of Fortress, Battle Arena, or a unteleportable location, “Move” button is not activated.

User Location Designation:
1. Click “Move to User’s Set Location” function added in the Reverse Return Scroll.
2. After clicking “Move to User’s Set Location”, screen will display a button which allows you to designate or set location and another button which allows you to teleport to a designated location.
3. Upon clicking the Set Location button, you can register the current location and/or teleport to a location.
You can register up to 3 locations.
There are areas that cannot be designated such Fortress, Battle Arena, and Instance Dungeons. If in case the location cannot be designated, the set location button is not activated.

Re-designation of Location
1. If you wish to register a new location (ex. Your current location) and replace the existing registered location, a setting location reconfirm window is displayed on the screen.
2. If Ok button is pressed, the current location will be registered and information will be updated.
Teleport to User Location:

1. Click “Movement” button at the designated locations window.
2. Upon clicking the “Teleport” button, an information window regarding the movement to the location is displayed on the screen. Upon clicking on the designated location, you will be teleported to the location and consume 1 Reverse Return Scroll.

• Maximum of 4 parties can be formed in a Union Party.
• Union Party Pass is required to create a Union Party:
- Union Party Pass can be purchased by guild point and/or gold.
Union Party Pass (GP) = Purchase with Guild Point 1000P + 1000 Gold (Exchangeable)
Union Party Pass = Purchase from NPC with 100,000 Gold (Non-exchangeable)
- Apply to the party leader of the target party for union, and when accepted, one item will be used.
This means that to create 4 parties, union will need 3 Union Party Passes.

* Distribution in Union Party varies from EXP distribution, random item distribution, sequential item distribution, no distribution of EXP or item, and so on.

Survival Arena is a new PvP system in Silkroad Online. It can accommodate a wide scale battle from a minimum of 8 players to a maximum of 32 players, including individual and party battles. Only character levels 116 to 120 may participate.
Survival Arena features a season system, and the rankings will be reset on each season.

• Types of Survival Arena

1. The last N players!! (1 player, 2 players, 4 players)
- Individual participation is possible. Battle continues until the last N number of players remains.
- The matches are divided into the Arena of Faith (4vs4), the Arena of Warriors (8vs8) and the Arena of Heroes (16vs16).

2. Party Matching Survival
- You can play after forming a party, and the party leader or union leader should register the party.
- The matches are divided into the Arena of Faith (4vs4), the Arena of Warriors (8vs8) and the Arena of Heroes (16vs16).


• Signing up

- Registration starts 15 minutes before the opening of Survival Arena. The game is paused during the 15 minute sign up period, and players will enter the arena following the order or queue of registrants.

- Battle will commence after the 15 minute sign up period. But if you want to sign up while the game is in progress, you can apply through Jangan/ Constantinople/ Hotan Arena Manager NPC , for an entrance fee of 10,000 gold.
- After the sign up period, you can still enter the arena once the auto matching system distributes the number of participants. There are no limitations on the battle entrance.

• Match Schedule

- Matches will be held every day except on Saturdays (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) at 00:00, 15:00, and 21:00.
Individual survival will be held every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, while party survival will be held every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday (00:00, 15:00, 21:00).

• Match Rules

[Common Rules]
- Once Arena Matching is complete, players have 5 seconds to enter, and 1 minute to prepare for battle at the safe zone upon entrance.
- If the last survivor dies, the game will end.
- All characters that will leave the Arena during the battle will lose.

1. Individual Survival
- Individual Survival Matches will run for 5 minutes. At the start of the battle, number of survivors will be declared.
The game is continuous until the target number of survivors remains. If there are no winners within 5 minutes, players will lose.
- Special buff will be provided to characters according to their characteristics to adjust the balance of individual survival.

2. Party Survival
- Party Survival Matches will run for 5 minutes, and the first party to win 3 out of 5 games wins. If all characters of the opposing teams die, the party wins. However, if there is no winner within 5 minutes, the result is a tie.

• Reward

- Players will receive coins after the matches, rewards will be based if they win or lose in the battle. Coins can be used to purchase titles with special abilities.

• Ranking

- Survival Arena server rankings will be based on the wins/ties/losses history of players.
- Rankings will be according to season. Only up to the top 50 rankings can be checked through the Survival Arena Manager.

※ Note
- A character cannot enter the Arena on the following conditions: if a player loses his/her connection before entering the arena, if character is dead, if character is wearing a job outfit, if character is riding on a vehicle pet or caravan, if character is participating in a store or trade, or if character is engaged in a guild war or in a PvP (activated PvP status).
- Entrance to the party survival will be cancelled if one or more party members lose connection after signing up. However, the party may enter if they sign up once again while the arena is in progress.
- If abusive behavior is discovered during Survival Arena, players may suffer consequences. Please play fairly.
- Survival Arena does not have entrance time limit, but players can only receive coin rewards up to 10 times, and coin rewards are not provided from the 11th time onwards.

[What is Achievement System?]
It is a system that recognizes and grants statuses based on the accomplishments of characters.
Each achievement category has a set of goals, and once the goal is completed, a new achievement is acquired.

[Achievement Status]
Achievement will display the following statuses: ‘Locked’, ‘In Progress’, ‘Completed’, and ‘Uncompleted’.

- ‘Locked’ status, which is displayed with a lock, means that the player cannot accomplish the achievement and the characters’ activity to reach the goal will not be counted.
- ‘In Progress’ status means that the ‘Locked’ status has been released, and allows completion of achievement through accumulation of character’s activities and accomplishments.
- Each achievement level or category has a set of goals, and once the goal is achieved, the achievement will be marked as ‘completed’.
- Once an achievement is completed, the accumulated data disappears, and will display verification if further completion is feasible.
- Some achievements have limited periods or quota for accomplishment.
- If the goals are not completed within the period or the quota has been filled, the status changes to ‘Uncompleted.’

[Achievement Category]
The achievement category consists of General, Quest, Unique, Combat, and Event, which can be verified on the category tab.
(Certain categories are scheduled to be offered later on.)

[Achievement Interface]
It can be checked by clicking the [Menu] – [Title] in the game.
1. Title or achievement can be selected.
2. Achievement completion rate can be verified in the form of gauge and percentage.
3. Achievement list can be checked, along with the four statuses of ‘Locked’, ‘In Progress’, ‘Completed’, and ‘Uncompleted’.
4. Explanation on requirements, rewards and periods of selected achievement is available.
5. Achievement category tab can be selected.

[What is Title System?]
Title can be acquired as a reward for some of the achievements.

[How to Use Title]
- Only one title can be used by selecting a preferred title among all the titles that were obtained as rewards.
- It can be checked by clicking the [Menu] – [Title] tabs, or through keyboard shortcut D.

[Functions of Title]
Some titles are fortified with magic options, which can boost the capabilities of characters.

The descendant of the most powerful creature in Silkroad Online, Roc, has now evolved.

After killing the Roc Mountain ruler, Roc, players can hunt Death Bone and can receive great rewards such as New Magic Stones and 13th Degree Weapons(Magic/Rare/Legend).

We have implemented a new alchemy system, that is less pay to win than other servers.
This notes apply only for DG12 DG13 DG14 Items

1. Between +1 to +5 - Items will not get destroyed no matter if the upgrade failed.
2. Between +1 to +5 - Items will go back to +0 if you didn't use a Proof Stone.
3. Between +5 to +12 - Items will be destroyed if you didn't use a Proof Stone.
4. Between +5 to +12 - If you use a Proof Stone and the upgrade failed, your item upgrade will decrease by 1 but will not be destroyed.

Finally, ‘Styria Clash’ which is a new content of Silkraod-R has been released!

Were you anticipating what kind of a system the ‘Styria Clash’ is?

‘Styria Clash’ is a PVP type of system where players from opposing jobs can battle against each other. It has been made so that the players will enjoy a grand scale battle that can support a maximum of 100 vs. 100 players wherein they are allowed to use various tactics to win.

The entrance qualification and participation is not high nor difficult.

And we have prepared the following guide regarding the ‘Styria Clash System’ for you.

Regarding the battlefield of Styria

The team who will acquire the most number of points will win at the end of a match. And if both teams get the same score, the match will be judged as a draw. A Point can be obtained by opening the Styria storage box and by PK or killing the members of opposing job team.

◈Distinctive characteristics of ‘Styria Clash’

- Styria storage box

20 pieces of Styria storage box are placed on equal distance on the central of battle field. Points can be acquired 5 seconds after clicking the Styria storage box. (Opening 1 of the Styria storage box: 200 points)

Points will not be given when Players die and disconnected when opening a box. And box cannot be opened by multiple players at same time.

- PK

20 points is obtained whenever a character from the opposing team is killed.

- Removal of Event Monster

Hunter and Thief both have their own version of event monster. It is summoned in the field of the team having a lower point every 6 minutes. These Monsters are summoned and will not attack players. When it is killed, it gives a buff to the team on the field for 2 minutes. If the score is the same, the event monster will be summoned on both of sides.

If event monster is ignored or abandoned, it will be accumulated and will not disappear. But the Buff effect will not stack even though multiple monsters are killed at same time. If the same buff effect is acquired again, the buff time is updated to 2 minutes.

- Opening Pot

Rare relic items will be randomly acquired within 5 seconds after clicking a pot which is located at the central and outside area of battle field.

Job EXP ranging from 1000 to 100000 is randomly given if the rare relic item is used.

(Trade and Drop is not possible but keeping in individual storage is allowed.)

-> During the opening pot, even if the player is under attack or knock-back skill, opening pot will be normally progressed.

◈Match Schedule

- Registration period will be from 05:00AM ~ 05:45 (Joymax Standard Time) on Saturdays and Sundays.

- Match will start at 06:00AM (Joymax Standard Time) on Saturdays and Sundays.

- 20 minutes will be spent for the match.

◈Application and qualification

- Characters who are level 20 and above with a Job

◈Participation Method

- Entrance and application for Styria Clash is approved by the Arena Manager NPC.

- Participation application is available from 60 to 10 minutes before match.

Entrance and application can be done by wearing a job suit with individual status.

◈Entrance Qualification

- Character who have 20Lv and above with job

- Application and entrance can be done by wearing a Job suit

- Application and Entrance are possible with individual or solo status.

- Application and Entrance are not possible with stall, trade, guild war, dead, free sparring, party and transfer riding/summoning status.

◈ Caution
- When applicants of one side team are under 10, match will be cancelled.
- The Number of Participants on both team will be adjusted to have the same number before match starts. When a team has more members, excess members will be excluded in the match.

(EX: When match is 100 vs. 98, it will be adjusted as 98 vs. 98)
- Maximum of 200 players can join a match at same time. Excess number of player such as 201th player and after will be excluded.

(Match can be made as 10 vs. 10 minimum and 100 vs. 100 maximum.)

Additional EXP buffs are provided to characters that are not logged in to a game for 13 hours or more.

The green battery buff is a buff you can use to get an additional 50% EXP when monster hunting.
13 hours after logging off is the standard. 5 minutes is added every hour after that, and you can gain EXP for up to 720 hours.

So what happens after 720 hours?!
You can get a red battery buff, which is upgraded from the green battery buff!!

The red battery buff is a buff you can use to get an additional 100% EXP when monster hunting.
2 hours are applied every day for 7 days from the day the buff is acquired.

They will receive 14th grade Legend weapon as a reward on Nov. 10th.

** 14th grade Legend weapon is tradable.
** The kind of weapon will be decided by equipped weapon of highest character in the account.
** When the character is a class that equips weapon and shield, weapon will be issued.
