Hey all, not quite sure where to post this. So sorry if it is in the wrong place.
I've been running a Flyff private server for over a year and a half, mostly as a side project and for fun.
However it seems that people are interested in the server and i am looking to improve it in several different way, the first being re-designing some of those horrible maps that flyff currently uses.
Other being adding in some completely custom, never seen before items (Fashion or Armour/Weapons).
As well as the possibility of adding custom mobs and many more.
The jobs we are looking to hire for are (paid work too):
DirectX Pixel/Vertex Shader Experts.
Map Developer
3D Modeller.
Mappers.
Video Maker (YouTube/Twitch).
All of these positions will require demonstrations of ability, where we would give you a task and you would be required to fulfill this task within an allotted time to a high standard and if myself and my current staff are happy with your work, we would be willing to accept you. You will be paid for these demonstrations, but based on how good they are and how much i feel they are worth, after which we can arrange payment for work you do (we don't offer salary, just pay as you develop).
So if you have the skill, drive and keen eye for detail that i require please PM me as soon as possible.
P.S. Just to inform anyone wanting to apply, if anything sold to Democracy, Inc is publicly released for what ever reason, i reserve the right to charge-back any and all payments made. You will also be required to accept and sign a contract for every job you do for us (where the jobs details and expected outcomes would be laid out in the contract itself).
