NFSW Offline 1.8 Launcher Issue

Hi guys, just tried installing the latest NFSW offline server, it works fine up until I hit the Start NFS: World button. The very second I hit this button I receive a message stating; Exception Caught! System.NullReferanceException. Tried a few things but doesn't seem to be budging. I am not running a high end machine, however it is a windows 10, and it is a 32-bit, so I am not surprised if it is to do with the system.

Is your exception the same with the one in the spoiler?

If so, as I said to another guy make sure your antivirus is not deleting/blocking rand.exe located in Whereever you installed offline/www/server. If it's missing, that's your problem. I have Windows 10 myself (64-Bit though) and never had a problem running offline. If that doesn't work make sure you installed Python and Java correctly.

Unfortunately it is not, the message is longer, and the first part of the message is System.NullReferanceException.
Also I have tried disabling my anti virus and it did not make a difference.

I having this problem too and when I gonna buy a car the game instantly crash itself and when I start the game after starting the server this mesage apears too I dont know what to do... any help?
And yes I know I know the rules... but... this is an innocent request/asking for help and sorry im Brazilian guy BUT !`m totally different from those normal ones!:rtfm:

Don't worry, I had the exp with the kind of "national people" you said so dosen't matter. Anyways try making a Backup with the Export button, then move it to other place (the entire folder if you doubt about it), after that delete the server, reinstall and done. I had the same problem with older versions and is the most secure way to recover without starting from your last time
