Data unpacker + problem :(

Hi i downloaded Data unpacker from this link

and i did what it is said in this link:

and my vac still doesn`t work. Why?:(
I play in Euro dekaron global (hellion (EU) )

go to dekaron/data and open the file Shadow.txt, then change the PackIO to 0 (it will be set to 1) and save it

i did it, but know game said " Invaild clent, please reinstall " ...:(
