Where do i report scam?

Hello, Sorry this is prob wrong place to post this thread but i need some help.
I just got scammed how can i make sure that this person gets banned.

Never hope on the staff here banning someone, just a tought to drop in.
If u didn't request a trade and do not have a trade number you cannot even report it/make a thread about it. Even if you did make a thread the staff literaly do not give 2 fucks, trust me. Just something to point out.
