Make game.exe with a .dll

Hey elitepvpers.

I wanna make my game.exe irreplaceable, with probably a .dll or anything like that. If the .dll is deleted, then the client won't start anymore. Or probably just a .dll for hide the IP when using cmd commands. If anyone know, would be helpfull to tell me please. Thanks.
